Information was examined using coherence and traceability criteria, without reconstructing unverifiable data. Results: the available evidence identifies relevant patterns consistent with the study objective, while causal claims are avoided when the design does not support them. Conclusions: findings characterize the phenomenon and support context-sensitive decisions and future research, within the limitations of the design and available documentation.
